The BulevArt Association was founded in 2000 by theatre director and pedagogue Prof. Snejina Tankovska, art manager and theatre translator Lyubov Kostova and artist Kalina Dimitrova.

It is registered in the Register of Cultural Organizations of the Ministry of Culture under No. 205(2919).
